Our Canberra office is in the inner south suburb of Griffith, approximately two kilometres from Parliament House.
AIMS’ team in Canberra supports our participation in parliamentary processes and events, and engagement with colleagues in the Australian Public Service. We are close to key federal government departments including the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Finding us
From the airport, head towards Canberra City on Pialligo Avenue, before turning left to cross Lake Burley Griffin via the Kings Avenue bridge. Turn left onto National Circuit, following this road until you reach Canberra Avenue. Turn left once more and after passing Manuka Oval you will find our building on your left.
From the city, cross Lake Burley Griffin on the Commonwealth Avenue bridge, circle around Parliament House on Capital Circle, and exit onto Canberra Avenue.
Public transport is available to the nearby Manuka shopping precinct:
- Buses R2, 56, 58 and 59 from Canberra City
- Buses R6 and 59 from Woden Town Centre
Limited open air visitor parking is available on site, please contact us in advance to book a space. There is also ample under cover paid public parking available next door at the East Hotel.
